Here's an introduction to the members of our production team:
Production Manager:
Leading our production team is Mark Ma, our seasoned Production Manager. With extensive experience in manufacturing operations, he oversees the entire production process from start to finish. Mark is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively. He fosters a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement to drive excellence throughout our facility.
Engineering Manager:
At the forefront of innovation is Qi Ye, our Engineering Manager. With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for cutting-edge technologies, he leads our engineering team in developing innovative solutions for machining challenges. Qi collaborates closely with designers, programmers, and machinists to optimize processes and maximize efficiency. He is committed to staying abreast of industry advancements and integrating them into our operations for enhanced performance.
Quality Manager:
Ensuring the highest standards of quality is Juan Lee, our meticulous Quality Manager. He brings extensive experience in quality assurance and a keen attention to detail to our team. Juan Lee is responsible for implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process. He oversees inspection procedures, analyzes data to identify areas for improvement, and works closely with all departments to uphold our commitment to excellence.
CNC Setup Technician:
Ensuring the smooth operation of our CNC equipment is Jie Meng, our skilled CNC Setup Technician. He is responsible for preparing CNC machines for production runs, including tooling setup, calibration, and programming. Jie Meng works closely with engineers and operators to troubleshoot issues, optimize machine performance, and minimize downtime. He plays a critical role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our CNC machining operations.
CNC Machinist:
Operating our milling machines with expertise and precision is Xiong Zheng, our skilled Milling Machine Operator. He is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling equipment to produce components with intricate shapes and tight tolerances. Xiong Zheng possesses a deep understanding of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds, allowing him to optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality.
5 Axis CNC Machinist:
Driving our advanced 5-axis CNC equipment is Sheng Gan, our proficient operator with specialized expertise in multi-axis machining. He is adept at programming and operating complex CNC machines to manufacture components with intricate geometries and fine details. Sheng Gan demonstrates exceptional spatial awareness and problem-solving skills, ensuring precise and efficient machining of even the most complex parts.
